Since Parkour became popular, several clans and teams have developed. Urban Freeflow, abbreviated as UF, has become the largest Parkour organization. Urban Freeflow is based out of London and pride themselves in having a multitude of skills other than Parkour, but still related.



There are seven core members who lead Urban Freeflow and they have done several commercials and public activities. The group has worked with a large number of major companies in campaigns and commercials. Their members have also received several interviews and mentions in large editorials and magazines such as the BBC and the New York Times.

Urban Freeflow does not only do large commercial events, they also instruct Parkour. On their website at UrbanFreeflow.com, they provide a large range of videos of techniques performed by their experienced professional Parkour practitioners. These videos are featured on YouTube so the whole world can learn. They also have a forum available so people can find local Parkour tutors. They greatly encourage Parkour and Free Running, but want to make sure that you understand the basics and are physically trained before starting. Urban Freeflow is only one of the several Parkour organizations out there, but in many ways it is the greatest.
